A great workhorse from Apple, the iconic iMac delivers exceptional performance and even some gaming capabilities although Mac OS X games are relatively limited.
The Apple iMac ME086LL/A is a bestselling 2013 desktop that received positive reviews for its sharp display, excellent build quality, fast performance, decent integrated graphics, quiet operation and rich bundle of Apple exclusive software. However, even its basic hardware isn’t user upgradeable, its display lacks touchscreen functionality, and it’s pricier than similarly configured Windows desktops. If you use it within its limit, i.e. not playing any high-end games, the Apple iMac ME086LL/A offers similar performance as any high-end desktop. It is suitable for playing Full-HD videos, professional photo editing and gaming at low to medium settings.
